Our engineers will evaluate each process to determine which oxidizer will provide the best solution. Our core business is Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTO’s), but we can also provide recuperative, direct, and catalytic oxidizers if it proves to be the customers best solution. We offer standard or custom systems ranging from 20 SCFM to 450,000 SCFM.
Energy recovery can be added to any oxidizer to lower the operating costs and reduce greenhouse gases. Energy recovery systems can provide process heating, building heat, or provide chilled water.

Regenerative, recuperative, direct, or catalytic oxidizers are used to treat HAP’s (hazardous air pollutants) and VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) in the process exhaust stream. These systems can provide destruction efficiencies up to 99% and thermal efficiencies up to 97%.
Damper capabilities include:

Concentrator capabilities include:

A concentrator is ideal for process exhausts with a high volume, low concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and a low temperature. A concentrator works by sending process air through a large section of the continuously rotating zeolite wheel where 90-97% of VOCs are adsorbed.
Ductwork capabilities include:
- Fully welded or spiral
- Insulated or non-insulated
- Carbon or stainless steel
- Internally insulated for high temperature applications
Industrial ductwork is used to carry the process exhaust from one source to another.
Energy recovery is the process of capturing energy from an existing source and utilizing this energy. This energy can be brought back to the process or something totally independent of the original source. Each process is evaluated to determine which system will provide the most efficient solution.
