Position Overview

This full-time position is located at our corporate headquarters in Kaukauna, WI and will require ~25% travel to meet with customers and contractors. Qualified candidates will professionally represent TANN Corporation in all aspects of a project—most importantly customer relations and service.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work with sales/applications team to understand project scope and objectives
  • Execute projects across a diverse range of industries
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Coordinate engineering and manufacturing resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Track project costs against budget
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with sales team to identify project parameters and optimize product offerings
  • Interface with customers to provide seamless project execution
  • Understand safety practices and procedures and continually implement them in the workplace or while working remotely, maintaining a low-risk tolerance and high-risk awareness

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous project management experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite: Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
